Diced Apples with Peaches, pancakes, Blueberry Syrup, butter.
Vanilla sauce: sour cream 30%, vanilla stick, 2 egg yellows.
Place Diced Apples with Peaches on the pancakes and fold them up. Fry them on butter.
Prepare vanilla sauce: pour the sour cream into a hot pan, tear a little vanilla and add egg yellows. Cook it until the mixture gets thickened, do not let it boil.
Serve the pancakes on the vanilla sauce together with Blueberry Syrup.
Fruits in Syrup (Blueberries, Morello Cherries, Gooseberries, Plums), Rowanberry Syrup, Multiflower Honey, whipped-cream, 50 ml of spirit.
Pour the Rowanberry Syrup into a hot frying pan and let it vaporize. Add 4 spoons of Multiflower Honey and then other Fruits in Syrup (Blueberries, Morello Cherries, Gooseberries and Plums).
After vaporization of water place the fruit pulp into cups and decorate it with whipped-cream and leaves of mint.
For more spicy taste you can pour 50 ml of spirit into the fruit syrup.
Poppy Seed Filling with Delicacies, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of castor sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tea-spoons of baking powder, half pack of margarine, whipped-cream.
Combine the flour, castor sugar, eggs, margarine and baking powder. Knead the cake and put it into the fridge for 1 hour. Next pin it out and place it on the baking pan, cutting off few slices from the edges for further decoration. Place the Poppy Seed Filling with Delicacies on the cake pan and then decorate it with the cut slices of cake.
Bake for 25 min. in 180 °C.
The cake can be served with whipped-cream.
Diced Apples „Szarlotka”, 6 packs of butter biscuits, currants, whipped-cream.
Pour the currants with boiling water for few minutes. After draining off the water mix them with Diced Apples „Szarlotka”.
Place layers of the biscuits interleaved with layers of apple pulp. Place a layer of whipped-cream on the top. Place the cake in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
